Standard Shipping and Handling Policy Within the 48 Contiguous States:
We have a simple policy. Shipping and handling charges are based on the dollar amount of your order. These rates include handling and apply to normal ground service for orders meeting UPS/USPS/FedEx weight and dimension standards.

At this time, all of our products are drop-shipped from the manufacturers. Since we do not know for sure if a product is in-stock at the time of an order, we have decided to offer only Standard Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. This way, you will never be paying extra for expedited shipping when a product is back-ordered. Our shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order. The product manufacturer chooses the shipping company. If an order is too large to ship via Standard Ground, we will contact you with a freight estimate. If special pricing is given on an order, then actual shipping charges will be charged.
We will do our best to contact you in a timely fashion via e-mail if a product(s) is back-ordered.
NOTE: We do not accept international orders at this time. We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
RETURNS:
Patriotmade.com offers a 30 day guarantee. Any product can be returned, except rainwear in sizes 3XL or larger. If you are not completely satisfied, just e-mail us within 30 days at custservice@patriomade.com for a Return Authorization number and directions on how to return the product. The product must be in a condition to be resold. A credit will not be given if a product has been washed, altered, or marked in any way. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If the returned product is found to be acceptable, you will be credited for the purchase price only (not including the original shipping charge.)
